On-site Bakery Consulting
Alex travels across the United States and worldwide. He will assist you on your baking program and menu, either you’re starting a new business or want to improve your actual offer. We’ll work with you on improving the quality of your products, optimize your cost and labor and solve any troubleshooting you encounter with your actual setup.

Dealing with staff shifts, production schedule and day to day operation is not always easy. Because you want to control your daily operation/production, reduce waste and increase your sales, we will help you operate your bakery at his full potential, organize your production and team schedule accordingly.
